Child care centers and family child care
The door, the rooms, the office and the inspection, in one place.
HubiCare was built around a Minnesota center's day: families check in at the door, teachers log the day, the office bills and files, and the director is ready for licensing.
What you get
What a center runs in HubiCare
Everything below is in the product today, checked against the build.
Check-in at the door
A tablet with a 4-digit family code or a printed QR card; every record shows who signed. Works offline and syncs later.
Ratios and the Today board
Who is here by room, staff on duty, live ratios against the rule pack, and alerts for anything that needs attention.
Daily reports and the family app
Meals, naps, diapers, activities and photos with consent, sent to families in their language.
Billing and CCAP
Fee plans, invoices, autopay by card or bank, late-pickup fees, and CCAP authorizations and agency payments tracked per child.
The DCYF attendance file
The Provider Hub attendance file for each billing period, checked before you download it and upload it yourself.
Compliance center
Training due dates, background studies, incident reports, medication logs, drills, checklists, documents with expiry alerts and the inspection packet.
Your words
Rooms, children, teachers, directors
A center sees rooms and daily reports; a family child care sees care areas and the license holder. The words follow the license type.
Your rules
Rule 3, Rule 2 and chapter 142H
Minnesota's center rules (Rule 3, and chapter 142H from July 2027) and family child care rules (Rule 2) are built in as dated rule packs, so the right rule applies on the right day.
